How can I ensure I receive my rewards with AdBlock or Adblock Plus installed?

There are a few different types of Ad Blockers that you might be using. Sometimes you may even have one installed without you knowing about it. To ensure proper tracking of the various activities you perform on Monetask and to earn the proper rewards, we strongly suggest disabling your Ad Blocker software or whitelisting our site to allow ads to be served to you.

How can I download apps multiple times?

You can download each app more than once by using another device (an old phone, iPad, etc.) and selecting an app from your downloaded apps list!

How can I complete surveys multiple times?

Unfortunately, you can complete surveys only once.

I completed a task but did not receive my reward. What can I do?

There are a few circumstances that will cause you not to receive your reward for a task. Here are some examples:

Having a VPN enabled while completing the task.
You have an Ad Blocker on your device.
Not following the instructions of the task, please make sure you double-check this before contacting us.
You have only partially completed a survey, or you have provided knowingly false information.
You completed this task through another rewards program.
You have not waited enough time (sometimes up to 32 days) for a reward to appear.
The task has been completed previously by someone who is in the same household.

What if a survey encountered a technical error?

We strive to ensure the best survey-taking experience for our members, however, there is always a chance that a technical error may occur. If your survey encounters an error, rest assured that our team will be investigating the issue with a focus on getting our members back up and running as soon as possible.

Can I use VPN to download apps or complete surveys?

Having a VPN enabled while completing tasks is forbidden - this is the fastest way to get your account banned.

How long after completing a task will I be awarded?

In most cases, you should see your reward within a few minutes. However, there may be times you are prompted to accept delayed payment. Your reward will become active after we verify that you have participated fully and honestly. In some cases, this can take several days to a couple of weeks.

Once a user registers for Monetask, that person cannot be added as a referral of any existing or future member.

Can I invite a family member that lives in my household?

Yes, as long as each individual has their own separate account. If our system detects that an individual in the household operates Monetask with more than one account, it may risk an account deactivation for everyone in the household.

A referral signed up under me, and I don't see their name on my referral list. What's up?

If your contact has not appeared in your referral list, it is likely your referral navigated away from the site during registration or misused their referral link in some other fashion. We cannot manually add referrals to your account if this occurs.

How long does it take to receive a payment?

After requesting a payment, it will take a maximum of 4 - 10 business days to receive the payment. My payment is Pending Review. What does that mean?

If your payment has been put on hold, it usually means our system has detected suspicious activity on your account, which will require manual review by our team. This process usually takes between 4 - 10 business days.
